Waiting for Kael Military Sergeant to despawn and Captain Bvellos to spawn in the Kael bank

So far, I have turned in 105 Coldain Heads to Captain Bvellos:

With turning in the 105 Coldain Heads, turning in 7 four packs of Icepaw Kolbold Paws, and running several trips of the Wakening Lands mercenaries fields supplies quest, but not killing any Coldain with faction, my giant faction is the following:

Kromzek = ally
Kromrif = amiable
King Tormax = indifferent
